This small house lies in a new-urbanist town in the panhandle of Florida. It is coded to be a small square-plan                        residence above a paired garage, sitting at the absolute corner of its site. This influenced the development of the plan            to be a series of plan-squares set one inside and relating to another: carriage house to cottage and site, kitchen and            balcony to house volume, loft to house section.
